All orders are free shipping ,without a minimum spend!
Expedited shipping orders are normally processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Overnight and 2nd Day orders received before 11 am PST on business days will be shipped that same day; orders received after 11 am PST will be processed and shipped the next business day. Please note: a business day is considered Monday through Friday. Shipping times are not guaranteed.
*Standard shipments are shipped with USPS/DHL/FedEx and usually reach their destination in 3-7 business days, but occasionally take longer if the carrier is experiencing unexpected delays. Orders require +1 day to process.Orders received after 10am Pacific Time require +1 day to process. Orders received on Friday after 10am may not ship until the following Monday. *Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the following business day. *Important update: Due to the impact of the epidemic, the package delivery time of USPS, DHL, FedEx is longer than the previous delivery time, even more than a week, this is a common phenomenon but also temporary. We will do our best to deliver the package as soon as possible.
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with the tracking number(s).
We are stocked to ship from the US,Europe and China which will allow international deliveries worldwide. Depending on the item and order, we will ship from our fit location of choice for your order to arrive promptly.

Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number as soon as possible and we can edit your shipping address if the item has not yet shipped. Once an order is placed, however, we cannot edit shipping information.

Your tracking number is correct! When you receive your notification it means that we have packaged your order up for shipping.But because the carrier's package tracking information is not updated in time, it usually lags a day or two, and you cannot track your package immediately. Check the link again tomorrow。
If you receive a damaged package, we recommend that you contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Do not refuse delivery. If you contact us, we will help you file a damage claim with the carrier.
Please be prepared to describe the damage and provide photographs. Keep the package and parts in the same condition as they arrived. The carrier may request a physical inspection of the package. The carrier will void your claim if you do not have the packaging. All carrier damage claims must be filed within five days of receiving the products.

We only ship to the following regions/countries: United States(excluding remote areas such as Alaska and Hawaii, and overseas addresses such as Puerto Rico and Guam; APO/FPO military addresses); United Kingdom; European Union countries.
